The Big Task

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drain issues, guiding customers to make informed buying decisions.

Key sub tasks

Responsibilities  

• Complete in-home drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work.
• Provide camera service for mainline stoppages within 24 hours.
• Build customer rapport to offer suitable products and services.
• Educate customers on sewer repair and replacement.
• Help customers choose maintenance plans and understand warranties.
• Explain blockages and resolution methods.
• Exceed revenue goals through accountability.
• Present yourself professionally to gain referrals and repeat business.
• Work with customer service and dispatch for business success.
• Maintain drain cleaning and camera equipment; keep an inventoried truck.
• Attend training and weekly meetings.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices and paperwork.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• 3+ years’ experience in Residential Service Plumbing required.
• Aim to improve as a technician daily.
