Responsibilities and Key Competencies
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team and play a vital role in managing service operations and customer relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. MUST HAVE PRIOR DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business and learn to effectively prioritize customer calls with the highest urgency.
- Deliver a quality customer experience by communicating detailed and accurate information to field technicians.
- Document and report service calls efficiently.
- Engage in ongoing training to support your professional growth and development.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding technician progress throughout the day.
- Convert inbound customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
- Present call scripts with clarity, authenticity, and professionalism.
- Address customer requests, resolve issues promptly, and consistently promote the brand image.
- Demonstrate professionalism and cultivate strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in training initiatives to increase booked calls and enhance outbound calling skills.
- Follow company procedures for prompt and favorable resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Build rapport with customers to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, including negotiating and closing deals.
- Recover lost sales opportunities from technicians’ invoices and representatives’ proposals.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the market area and understand customer needs.
- Contribute to the establishment of ambitious sales plans and propose potential business expansions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Full Time positions consist of weekdays and weekends. We are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week. Shifts will vary.
- Must have prior dispatching experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and maintaining databases.
- Sales experience and a proactive approach to client engagement are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Knowledge of Service Titan Program a plus.
